Greatsword, Battleaxe or Warhammer?

I'm rerolling my Nord character to use Two-Handed Weapons as it get's repetitive as hell swinging or dual wielding same 1h weps and owning them all before it get's started. I'm also going to use Deadly Mutilation mod soon with it- though out of opinion- what preference of 2h weps do you prefer- Greatsword, Battleaxe, Warhammer...- or the deadly @ss OP Giant Club!?
nvm- seems that only followers can use the boner, jk XD seriously though what's your 2h preference?

I've been using Greatsword. Should make a new char and try something else, like a warhammer :)

Not neccesary to recreate one due with the Legendary reset/Perk redistribution from Dragonborn and I'm still having loads of fun with my char =].I might use Greatsword just for little more effectiveness for speed.

greatsword is the fastes moving, then the ax then the hammer, and they do damage in reverse order from strongest to less strong

I suggest using the warhammer, the do the most damage >:)

UESP is worth looking into in general.

I heard. Volendrung cannot be smithed doubled past flawless unless I use improvement gear w/ Alchemic smithing potions. Seeing though it's swings just as fast as a greatsword I'll give this wep a shot.

Longhammer is amazing. Damage of a warhammer, yet swings just as fast as a greatsword. DPS I believe matches that of a Daedric Hammer and weighs only 18 lbs. Plus, it can still be enchanted (granted your character is rolled for enchanting) and keep it's swingspeed.

I would have used a Greatsword, but the axes and warhammers locks much cooler ;)

I use battleaxe, the bleed damage with the horizontal power attack do a cool gameplay =)

Greatswords are the fastest out of the two-handed weapons. Yet the Battleaxe does the most damage.

Alright guys thanks for your opinions and imput on 2h preferences. I'll see if I want to spend another perk that adds to the weps effect. =S
