Can't use spells or weapons?

So this weird thing happened.

Firstly the weapons I use is a Master Sword and Hylian Shield mod.

I'm in Kilkreathe Ruins right now, and I killed a guy. I stopped playing for about 2 days. When I came back to the game, I realized that I can't heal myself. So I said "umm.. okay must be a spell about this temple". I get attacked again, I go to take out my sword but my character won't bring it out.

I can use shouts no problem. I leave the temple, still can't use the spells or weapons. Tried using an Elven Bow, nothing. Once again shouts work just fine.

Has anybody ran into this problem or know what to do? I've started the game up, taken the mods off, and obviously I can't use the weapons. I turn the mods back on, throw out my old weapons, spawn fresh ones, and same problem.

EDIT:

Just turned the mod off, still couldn't use anything, but I could use my Elven bow. Fast traveled to my house, still can't use any weapons or spells. Shouts work just fine. Went to go disenchant some items, the menu doesn't pop up, my guy just stands there (in third person) for like 5 seconds and then I move again.

My game's broken, isn't it?

Edit 2:

Can't use spells. I think I'm able to use weapons now. Though when I bring out my bow and go to shoot an arrow, nothing happens. The second time an arrow appears in the bow though.

But yeah I can't use magic of any sort. Can't heal. Switched to flames, sparks, nothing. I verified the game cache, and it says something isn't right, it says it will be downloaded but nothing happens.

I am also having a similar problem. I had modded skyrim and it was working perfectly. I didn't play for about the last 3 weeks or so, came back, and noticed that I can't heal and my spells don't do damage.

maybe skyrim is mad that you put it down.

if you only have the master sword and hylian shield mods i would like to know the maker because im friends with one of the people who have made a mod like this

Have any of you tried removing the mod and trying again?

E: crazy necro but it's a legit problem I guess

Had same problem, I fixed It by making a new save. Then using the console, enter qqq to quit the game the reload it. Hope this helps.

set your weapons to fists and then go 3rd person mode, console, click on yourself and type "recycleactor"
you will A pose and then go to1st person fist mode.
PLESE UNEQUIP your WEAPONS AND SPELLS

Neither of these worked, nor did "SetPlayerAIDriven 0". I've even tried using an "unstuck" feature in an animation mod that I use.
Still broken, and still not sure what to do.
I can do about everything with my character except for use spells, powers, or weapons.

Edit: I just tried giving myself Netch Jelly to paralyze myself, and I can't even be paralyzed D:

try this

open console, left click on anything except yourself

type in

pushactoraway player 1

as long as you have something selected in the console, you should forcibly fall down. when you get back up, you might have your controls back.

i do this to unstick myself sometimes and it usually works.

just ran into this problem, i used console commands to take some video clips and accidentally quickloaded (both my record button and quickload buttons were bound to F9) the camera glitched out temporarily when it loaded to a previous save but then i couldn't equip my weapons any longer, i'm checking if restarting the game works.

EDIT: restarting the game fixed the problem for me.
