Bug found while doing quest in the Pelagius Wing (freezing)

When I got into Pelagius Wing, the part where you're supposed to be thrown to outside as a part of the quest, I just freeze. I've been avoiding the quest now, but I would obviously like to complete it. Has anyone had a similar experience? And whether or not you have, is there any suggestions to fixing the bug?

I've not run into this bug but I think for now through the use of console commands you could probably skip that part of the quest and move onto the next.

I put all stackable items I had on me that were in batches of over 10 in a barrel in the first area you enter when you get in the Pelagius' wing. I only kept one type of arrows, which I had a batch of around 10. That made the bug not manifest itself, so I could finish the quest and later get back my items.

Edit: This seems to happen in any situation where it is needed to remove all of player's items. For example, the game freezes in the exact same way when doing the "Diplomatic Immunity", right before you go to the embassy and have your items stripped away from you, as well as when using the command "removeallitems". The solution is the same in all such cases: store the items in some container before having them stripped, and get them back later.
