Rskyrimchildren.esm missing or deleted

I have deleted rskyrimchildren.esm, and i can't install mods in nexus mod manager.
How i can fix it?

Factualious has The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

Download the mod's archive, then manually extract the .esm and copy it into the Data folder.
