Getting the Blessing of Dibella

I have brought back the little girl (sybil) to the temple of Dibella at Markath. All I need to do is to pray / drink water at some statue, but I can't seem to find this statue.

The door going up to the main area (public area) is also locked, which I assume means that I was supposed to remain down here until the blessing is done. I managed to pick it open but there isn't anything up there either.

Coincidentally, I did find a statue of Dibella at the tower where the little girl is kept. I thought that would be a different statue but upon returning to this temple, I see that the statue in the basement is gone. This is the same statue that I probably would have stolen for the quest which brought me down here in the first place.

Does anyone have any clues on where I should be looking to get the blessing?
