Any mods or did you possibly add spells with the console?
Did you add a couple spells or did you use the cheat that adds all the spells?
Using the cheat that adds all the spells will cause the game to crash.
I have used console to add alot of spells and it never made my game crash.
That command pretty much breaks the game.
You might be able to fix it if you remove the spells one by one using console, but otherwise you're screwed.
Reload a previous save before you added the spells or start the game over.
I don't know why anyone would want all those spells anyways. Most of them suck and just clutter your spell list. It is much better buying the base spells and then making your own custom spells using the spellmaking altar in the Arcane University.
I have also done PSB before and it doesn't break the game.
