WHAT THE F AM I SUPPOSED TO DO HERE? HELP

I am freaking stuck in this mother effing quest with these mother effing useless caves! there is this "FIND THE FORGE MASTER'S DIRTY FINGER QUEST" then I followed the map into a cave with this stupid WEAPON SLOT crap that none of my weapons fit! then the freaking quest marker points into the right side of the screen with a freaking spikes and stupid wall preventing me from going further so what the F am I supposed to do?
