Why are my followers disappearing,and my horses?

i have 2 mods installed,exploding chickens and mutipluy followers mod

My follower lydia disappenced (without a trace) and 2 of my horses i bought

where did they go?

You probably have changed a setting so that they head home ... or the horses are to be stabled!
So as soon as you no longer need them they are doing as you told them.
So search your settings!

i did not mess with settings much (graphics and controls only) i did not see lydia in my home,or dragon reach

Lydia got jealous and ran off.

Try looking for Lydia in Dragonsreach, in the main hall. She sometimes she will spawn there. If you lost her anywhere outside Whiterun, she may just be walking home. Give her three game days to get back.

will work. If it doesn't, she's vanished from the worldspace entirely i.e. shes gone to the dead body cleanup cell (most likely) or shes disabled (less liikely)

i saw her alive at full HP fighting a bandit on normal,it said Invalid object

They can get stuck. I lost Lydia and a stray dog in a small mining camp when I charged off somewhere, not realising they weren't following until I got into an unsupported fight much further along the path.

On returning to the camp found both of them running into a wall trying to follow me. Dumb bunnies.

Your companions will disappear with and without mods installed. Its one of those SKYRIM bugs. I have had Lydia disappear on me a few times when roaming in the wilderness along with the companion i am given by the Jarl of Falkreath which just happened today.

i lost lydia because i let her not to come with me then after 1 day,,i lost him also at top left of the screen,i saw like message saying 'lydia leaved or got tired of waiting'
but i cant find him anymore in whiterun nor dragonsreach

Unfortunately there's not much that can be done when playing on the console. If waiting did not help, your only other option is to load an earlier save from before she disappeared.
