Both were fun. Up to you. HAHA, save at the point you choose and then revert back to that save and then take your character on a different path.
You can't become a werewolf when you are a vamprire then? and how to become a werewolf?
Sorry I bought the game a week ago, so I don't know very much yet.
Just go to Jorrvaskr in Whiterun, speak with Kodlak, join the Companions and do their questline... =P
If he's ever done that to you, it's because of a mod. The typical method is to join the Companions in Whiterun.
You indeed are not supposed to be able to be a vampire and a werewolf at the same time (though anything's possible, it's somewhat buggy if you pull it off). Personally I tend not to use either transformation (especially at higher levels, your human form is a lot more powerful), but I do prefer the werewolf (which can ragdoll enemies with its power attacks).
The transformations give you a huge power boost in the earlier stages of the game.
