as i said, even if i dont move the mouse i still get the same type of lag if i'm jumping, falling moving from height to height etc..
i play FPS games alot and the mouse moves completely fine.
if it doesnt work, you must reduce view distance because your PC is constantly reloading objects into your GPU memory from harddrrive, which is very slow and will cause stutter.
But before that, i'll try doing what la_nague suggested.
btw guys: if i run the game on windowed mode with the same res and all same options, the game works completely fine. and ideas why ?
edit: i already tried running the game on the lowest options and without object detail fade, tried again and had the same problem :(
does anyone have any ideas about why the game works fine on windowed ?
To me it was a crossfire thing. I can play on ultra withouth crossfire. But whit it the game will stutter when i watch arround.
Not sure if its 100 % fixed though need to play more
Intel i-7 4820k 3.70 ghz
2x Radeon R9 270 4Gb
16 Gb ram
Windows 8.1
ssd
I heard it could be a processor thing too i have read a article somewhere that a guy fixed this problem by only allowing the game to use 1 core i will look into that if i encounter it again.
I wonder if its a mouse thing anyway.. hmm
it isnt try with a gamepad you will get the same results.
Its a shame we ati graphicard users have this problem anyway. I just read on google that some ati users can fix it with disabling antialiasing and the other one dunno what its called in english atm try that. Or type in google something like. Skyrim choppy when looking arround. Plenty of stuff there.
Like i told you in my other post :>

If you're running Skyrim on a PC/AMD machine, this worked really well for me. DON'T use the game's anti-aliasing and anti-filtering routines, use your graphics card routines, instead. Start Skyrim and on the small, pre-launch window go to "Options." Turn off Anti-aliasing and Anti-filtering, and Quit. Then, go to your Catalyst Control Center --> Gaming --> 3D Application Settings. Change "Anti-aliasing mode to 'Override Application Settings" and pick your sample rate (try 8X). Now do the same thing under "Texture Filtering" (i.e. "Override Application Settings") and pick a sample rate. This completely eliminated hitching and stuttering for me
Thanks man, but i already tried running the game on the lowest possible video properties (except of lower resolutions).
I dont think it has to do with anti-aliasing in my case, because there is barely a lag difference between the highest anti-aliasing and none.
(keep in mind that my fps is always 60, even when getting these minor frame chops)
yes i understand but theres a difference between going anti aliasing with the card or with the software. Its worth a try i guess :>
