Is there a way to manually install UNP?

UNP? Im gonna guess thats a mod although I don't know which one.

And yes you can manually install mods, you just put the relevent files into the data folder or your skyrim installation folder

I think you mean DIMONIZED UNP female body? All you need to do is to unpack the file and copy meshes and textures folders to your ...SteamApps\common\Skyrim\Data. UNP does not have any Bethesda plugins files to be activated.

I advice against manual installation. While doing that is relatively easy, uninstalling, updating or replacing files can get very tedious. Keep in mind that other mods may use those folders as well, so you might end up overwriting files several times. I recommend using NMM or MO for this purpose.
