Lydia's gone after Alternate Start
Hey, I am trying out the Alternate Start Mod and Lydia is no longer in Dragons Reach... Is she somewhere else with the mod installed or something?

Are you following the main quest?

Lydia doesn't show up until after you become Thane of Whiterun. Have you done the Bleakfalls barrow quest and killed the dragon at the watchtower outside of Whiterun yet? After you do this , then you become Thane and Lydia shows up.

The Alternate Start Mod doesnt let me play that dragon mission

It should. Have you gone to Helgen yet?

Yes it does, all you got to do is go to Helgen and the main quest will start. The main quest won't start until you go to Helgen.
