On a side note, running skyrim at above 60 fps is incredibly risky as the physics engine is designed to run at a max of 60fps and having your game run above that can cause some serious bugs, everything from flying npcs to being killed by cabbages flying off shelves when you enter a building. It can also bug out your rendering engine and you might start getting weird effects such as the water not rendering properly or flickering rapidly.
I highly recommend you limit your game to 60 fps using a fps limiter, your in game graphics card settings or an ENB or ENBoost
