Reachwater Final Battle

Any tips on how to ge through the finale at Reachwater? Don't know how I beat the triple-threat before, but seems harder this time.

Don't I need to find the real Sigdis Gauldurson and take it out? Just having trouble seeing who's who with all that shouting going on....
