Dynavision isn't working for me. Help?

I downloaded Dynavision for Skyrim (which is just a sexy depth of field thing) from the Nexus, extracted it, and put the two files where all the other mods go, but it doesn't work when I play Skyrim. I removed my ENB, nothing changed with the DoF. I went to SkyrimPrefs.ini and made sure the bDepthofField (or whatever it is) was set to 1, and it was.

Did I put it in the wrong place? Because I looked on the Nexus and google searched instructions for where to put it, but found nothing. I'm pretty new to Skyrim modding, so... yeah.

What am I doing wrong? Where do the two files go? Thanks! c:

I did. I just downloaded the mod manager and everything was fine if I remember correctly.
