Now I ran out of the room before Alea could speak to me, waited for one hour to become human again and returned to her in human form. Then she didn't attack me, so I think i proved my assumption (that she was attacking me, because I'm werewolf. Anyway from all NPCs the Companions should be the last ones to attack simply because they see a lycanthrope...
You did the best thing. Get away from them, then go back later.
Just check your Crime stats in the main menu and then if you do have a bounty in the hold ...
just talk to a guard in that hold if it's only a 20 - 40 gold bounty .. sometimes you may need to punch the guard ... then sheathe your weapon and accept the fine to clear the bounty.
Anyway, if anyone of the unofficial patch community reads this, this could be worth a look. I'll check if something similar happens again and then reconider adding mods to add more forgiving companions.
Thanks so far.
