Is nightingale bow good?
I am wondering if i should enchant my nightingale bow with black soul gems. And , is nightingale bow good ?

If you use anything other than a black or grand soul gem then you are getting an inferior enchantment.
The nightingale bow is quite good and it is already enchanted!

It also depends a bit for the level you gained it. Note that highest level bow benefits from Unofficial Skyrim Patch, because it is not marked as silent.

I got it right after starting my current play through and have it improved up to flawless and its still my best bow doing over 350 base damage not counting criticals and enchantments and other bonuses

Sorry to be negative but, wow really? The one bow that should be silent (at any level!) and Bethesda mucked it up? I didn't know it wasn't silent before llJa's post.
