What happens next when you ask Serena about getting cured herself after you have finished Kindred Judgement?

I asked Serena if...

<Dragonborn> Look what it did to your family.
<Serana> Even before that, we weren't the most normal family. We did worship a daedra, remember?
<Dragonborn> If you want to cure yourself, I'll support you.
<Serana> I'll speak to Falion. I've heard he knows about these things. I'm going to go away for a while. I'll meet you back home when I'm done.
<Dragonborn> Good luck.
<Serana> I'll see you soon.


what happens next? She just went away.. and I found her in Falion's house.I cant talk to her and get her as follower again. Is she going to be a human?

Yes, she will have her vampirism cured. She should then travel back to Fort Dawnguard after a few days. Falion will also cure the Dragonborn of vampirism with the right ingredients. (And gold).

You should meet her in Fort Dawnguard. It take some days for her to come back.
That part is scripted so you cant talk to her until she comes back to the Fort.

Damn. Is there any way that she can become a vampire again? I liked her the way she was :(

No, only option is to load one save before.
Seranas cure "one shot only"
You cant ask her again.

This storyline I finished was so damn amazing. The best part I think was when Serana turned me as Vampire to enter the Soul Cairn and ofc when meeting Valerica. So damn cute!!!!

You can do that part and not be Vampire, and if you have one mod called Marry Serana you actually can marry her. :)
I have done that, so my spouse is Vampire and I not :)

But you must do the Soul Cairn first and some other small quests.
