Listing Skyrim's voice actors
Maybe I've played Skyrim too much, or something, but I think I might be able to list at least most of the voice actors in Skyrim. I"m doing this straight off the top of my head, so tell me if I'm missing any. Also, I won't be listing any main character voices, though I can't think of any unique voices, so maybe they're bunched in too. Feel free to correct me on that.

Alright, so we've got the nice old man voice, and the mean old man voice, the nice young man voice (like the courier), and the mean young man voice, there's the male nord voice (With the heavy accent), the gruff male voice (typical of blacksmiths), and the male salesman voice. Oh, and also the guard voice.

Next there's the old woman voice, the middle aged woman voice (and maybe an alt middle aged woman voice?), and the young woman voice, and the nord woman voice (heavy accent again.)

Also we've got a male child voice, a female child voice, a dark elf voice, a female dark elf voice, a male khajiit voice, a female khajiit voice, a male argonian voice, a female argonian voice, a female high elf voice (Is there a male high elf voice? I think it might be the same as the mean young man voice...)

Oh, and there's a voice for the dragons (a unique voice for Alduin, maybe?), and I want to say that each Daedra has a unique voice...

I think that's it. Having it listed out here, I guess there's more than I originally thought, but for one thing, they definitely need more standard male an female voices. You start hearing similarities pretty quickly. I'm hoping in the next Fallout game, or the next (good) Elder Scrolls game, they won't have this problem.

Anyway, how'd I do?

What I find interesting is that both Lynda Carter who played Wonder Woman in the 70's TV series and Susan Eisenberg who voiced Wonder Woman in the Justice League both do voices in Skyrim.

Wes Johnson is the best though. I really miss not having his Oblivion Guard voice in Skyrim. It was epic.

Well, for not having listed a single voice actor, instead only listing voice descriptions I suppose you did pretty good....

This is a fairly comprehensive list of their names:

Oh, yeah, I don't care who did the voices... I guess my point was that there are too few, and I shouldn't be able to list them like that.

Well, considering I'm deaf in one ear and I still managed to pick out four specific different " female Kahjit voices", "Dark elf voices" as well as two specific "High elf male" voices that are unique from the "young man" generic voice (which I have no idea what that's supposed to mean, considering I've managed to pick out close to a dozen different "young man" voices..), then based on the point you're trying to make, you need to go back and check your 'supportive evidence' because you missed quite a few.

Or just look at the link to the cast and take a guess just how much money went into a list that big. That'll explain why they reuse certain actor's voices.

Ok, geez, man, no need to get sharp with me. I'm sorry I offended your honor by saying all the Skyrim voices sound the same.

You're right, though, there are a lot more actors than I originally thought.

The only voice I recognize is Esbern's. Max Von Sydow. I remember Linda Carter in Wonder Woman, but didn't recognize her voice. Who is she?

The only voice I actually recognized was this guy: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0005189/

Anyone who grew up in the '90s should know him, he did a TON of various Disney cartoons and movies, co-starred in sitcoms, and also a several random games. Before Skyrim, I remember him mainly from Jedi Academy.

So, they don't have the high caliber actors like they did in Oblivion (Patrick Stewart, Sean Bean), but they did a much better job spreading it across a lot more people to cut down on the repetition. Compared to Oblivion, where Lynda Carter did ALL female Nords and ALL female Orcs, another woman did all the female Bretons and Imperials, another did Argonians and Khajiits, etc. Only two guys, who also played several named characters, did all of the races except Bretons and Redguards between them, lol...

Max Von Sydow is about as high caliber as you can get. The man has been in more films and won more awards for his stage and screen performances than Sean Bean and Patrick Stewart put together. He's been a staple of Horror films since the fifties. He's a legend in the Screen Actor's Guild. XD

Not to mention, Christopher Plummer is an Oscar Winner with a dozen dramatic roles under his belt and hundreds of stage performances. This guy is the definition of "quality".

Wes Johnson (who is actually reprising his role as Sheogorath in Skyrim from Oblivion) is also an award-winning actor and comedian.

And let's not forget George Coe (Talfdir and others) who has been a Hollywood staple since around 1950 and held roles in multiple Oscar and Emmy winning productions. The guy is another silver screen Legend.

Kids today... I tell ya. LOL.

All Daedra have unique voices...
Well, except for Sanguine.
Poor dude.
