Check your active effects under Magic (at the bottom), left side option of character menu. You probably have a disease and might want to cure it.

You can cure diseases with a Potion of Cure Disease or by activating any shrine (ie the shrine of Talos in Whiterun).

Garlic Bread will also cure a disease. If you are running Realistic Needs and Diseases (Unlikely) you can cure diseases with Fish Soup. Diseases will affect various skills, so it's important to check every time you fight any wild animal to see if you've caught one.

The most important one to watch for is Sanguinaire Vampirism. If you catch it early you can cure it with any of the previously mentioned methods, but if you wait too long, you become a vampire and will need to seek out a certain mage in Morthal to cure yourself.

Because your character looks pale and sick,
they're trying to tell you having some deseases need to be cured. :csgoskull:

Probably best not to use Fast Travel or Wait, or especially sleep either, as those are big time-progressers and will make the effects worsen or as in the case of vampirism, permanent. Best to run or ride a horse to the nearest apothecary or shop, or shrine ASAP.

You'll know when you see them with lots of blood. And if you have the Dawnguard DLC, you may even get vampire random encounters. Honestly? Just one or two will do.

Castle Volkihar hehehe. Just become a werewolf or a vampire to become 100% resistant to all diseases.

So to avoid being a vampire, you must be a vampire... Are you into that hollistics hogwash?

Cure disease potions are way more expensive than they should be. It's best to go shoot down hawks around Solitude and take their feathers. Since cure disease is the first effect, each of them is the equivalent of one potion.

Don't buy a cure disease potion, just go to whiterun, go to the preacher dude, and there's a shrine behind him. Press E on it and it will cure your disease for free :D Hope this helps!

Frankly I don't see the point. If Viper has Dawnguard he'll get a choice to become a Vampire or not, and there's another faction based questline that allows you to become a werewolf. I personally never saw the allure of becoming one of the creatures the game sets you off to kill, outside the whole "storyline" quest context.

Yeah, i have all DLC's. Either way i don't plan on becoming neither a vampireor a werewolf.

Learn how to make your own potions. And if you do the companions quest you will find the Silverhands do have many Cure potions.
