Glitch in Haelga's Bunkhouse

Doing "Numbers Job" for thieves guild quest and the arrow marker for the ledger is upstairs pointing at a blank box. When i try to click on it nothing happens. When i try to click on the actual ledger, that's on the first floor, again nothing happens. can you please look into this.

Bugs

There is a 50% chance that the marker in Haelga's Bunkhouse or The Bannered Mare is an invalid quest destination, namely a static XMarker (RefID 0009d5d8) instead of the interactive Business Ledger. This may also happen with the Drunken Huntsman. Therefore it is impossible to forge the ledger and advance the quest.

This bug is fixed by version 1.0 of the Unofficial Skyrim Patch.

Use the console command setstage tgrfo 50.

Reverting to a save before the quest was accepted or telling Delvin that you wish to quit the job may fix it.

Thank you for getting back to me. Your suggestions were helpful, however the only solution I found cooperative was to tell Delvin that I wish to quit the job. I have done other jobs through Delvin and experienced no issues.
