Report a translation problem
If you can't find the mod that did this, you're probably screwed. Sorry. If the effect is not caused by a script, then you MIGHT be able to dig through Creation Kit to find the effect that causes this, then possibly use console (or write a new script/mod) to deactivate it.
Another way would be to type help "light" into the console and search for the effect, then deinstall the mod associated with the effect (the first two letters are the modassociation) or you can also try to type player.removespell xxxxxxxx
The help light command will take a awfull lot of time to find, since "light" is a term used often in Skyrim
