Where is Vorstag?

So I just married Vorstag in Skyrim. After the wedding, he left before I could talk to him about moving to my house. I went to The Silver-Blood Inn in Markarth, and searched every single room. He wasn't anywhere. I absentmindedly walked around Skyrim for a few in-game hours, waited a while and stuff. Heck, I even cured Vamparism that I picked up. After a while, I went back and he still wasn't there. I've looked at a lot of wiki, and forums but it all says he should be there. I really don't want to reload a save!

If you can manage to find a save before or during the wedding load to that one. Or use the console command player.placeatme 000B997F 1 or player.placeatme 000B9984 1

The first time I got married in game, it was to Ysolda. Lydia was at the wedding, so I recruited her. I did the skooma smuggling quest, and cleared out another dungeon before heading back to Whiterun. Ysolda wasnt there. After looking around the marketplace, the Bannered Mare, Breezehome and her house, I waited around a bit before leaving town. As I was walking past the stables, she was finally walking towards town. He might still be plodding along on his way, but if he doesnt show up, the console can be used to bring him to you, or move yourself to him.

Who even is Vorstag? I don't remember any character by that name...
If he (or she) was added by a mod there's not much we can do to help since only the mod creator knows how the mod work. You could attempt console commands to summon him (or her) to your location but even that would be hard because you (most likely) don't know his (or her) reference ID.
Edit:: Nvm it's the Markarth mercenary isn't he? I'd use the console yeah. What house btw? Vanilla or added by a mod?

Vorstag lives in The Silver-Blood Inn in Markarth. He's Vanilla.
Also, he lives in Markarth, and the wedding was in Riften on the other side of the map. He may still be leisurely putting along at a breakneck speed of 1mph.

I used the console command, but he isnt showing any dialogue indicating that you married him. Any other way to use console commands to marry something?
