Invested Magic - removes duration on summons at a cost of magicka upkeep.
The Summoning Enchant - Enables an enchant that provides extra summons.
Any draugr, skeletons or other summons you want are also on the workshop.

The craziest feature of this quest mod is that it adds a questline that allows you to become a lich - and there are multiple ways to go about it that apparently affect your appearance and abilities in different ways depending on how you complete the quest.
I have not tried this mod but it looked super intruiging for a necromancy specialized sort of character.
