HOW TO MAKE MODS

I see all of these mods on skyrim, nad i have ideas to make some mods, but i dont know how!
can someone please point me in the right direction?

Not sure if tes5edit was in amoung that mass of links, but you should also be grabbing that tool and learning to use it as well to clean up a lot of unintentional errors that the creation kit can cause that can stop your mod from functioning well with other mods :)
