Alternate Start - Live another life bug

So I got this mod called alternate start - live another life. I choose the I came to skyrim by a ship beginning and traveled to helgen. From there I found this notebook and went inside the cave. Inside there are ralof, and this other guy. I know I should give on of them the potion of health, but I cant interact with them in any way. Any way to fix it?

EDIT 1 - When I go close to them they say something like "why did you come back *cough*"

You should report this on the actual page given that its just had an update and the author may want to know about it

I managed to fix it by just going to Whiterun and talking to the Jarl and just leaving those two in the cave.

Load order issue? Alternate Start should be one of the last files to load in your load order; last, if you are not using any patcher. Could one of your other mod interrupt the scene?

Never mind that, after him giving me the armor he doesn't talk to the wizard and I can interact with anyone. Oh and as to my load order the last 5 esps are as follows: GetSnowy, vAutoSaveManager, Alternate Start - Live another life, Bashed Patch (not active), ReProccer.
