SKSE 1.9.32.0.8?
SKSE will support the latest version of Skyrim available on Steam, and only this version (currently 1.9.32.0.*) <------ DOES THAT * MEAN THAT IT WILL SUPPORT 1.9.32.0.8?

Stupid question I know but when it comes to modding without using the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ mod manager, you need to tread lightly.

yep

I have the same problem as you, that SKSE won't load up because it's incompatible with the current 1.9.32.0.8 version of Skyrim.

what do you mean by the alpha? and yes I've run it as Admin and here's a picture of my problem http://cloud-4.steampowered.com/ugc/50991810471840876/041F68D4BE17EB30FBB4ECA3AA26199ED29D9FD6/

bro, when you installed SKSE, you probably unchecked the option to place the icon on your desktop.

When downloading SKSE from now on YOU MAY NEVER LAUNCH SKYRIM USING STEAM EVER, EVER AGAIN, DOING SO MAY PERMA-♥♥♥♥ YOUR GAME.

Navigate to c/programfiles86/steam/steamapps/common/skyrim and search for a file named "skse_loader.exe" and right click and send to > desktop

From now on this is your permanant launcher.

if you want the skyrim icon you can right click and click properties and change the icon there.

to CONFIRM that skse is running, press ~ to bring up the console and type

getskseversion

it will say the version number.

well, every time I try to launch Skyrim via SKSE_loader.exe (after the latest patch) it pops up the window where I have to pick Full or Cinematic version and then it runs regular Loader for Skyrim... Any clue on how to fix that?

Is Steam running when you try to start via the SKSE loader? Normally this issue is caused because the player hasn't started Steam (or has exited it.)

(Also, it would be better to start your own thread than to dig up a long-dead thread, the OP and others may be getting notifications of new comments.)

This is what I am getting. Please help anyone.

SKSE Community Uncapper does not support this Version of Skyrim.
You can enable the auto update functionality by setting bautoupdates=1 inside the SKSE_Elys_Uncapper.Ini file

I am running Skyrim, and SKSE 1.7.1
I have done a search for that INI file, but cant find it anywhere. And why would the"auto updates not be auto-turned on?

Can anyone help please.

The game runs but warns me that SKSE is not running, and I'm getting some really weird textures.

Any help appreciated.
