Braith Glitch

Braith says her parents are dead, she even moved to the orphanage, I have no idea why, her parents are both alive and well, I did some research on this but no one seems to have a way for her to go back to whiterun.

Have you recently witnessed that her parents are both dead? In my game, I've seen NPC's in the cities turn up dead seemingly out of nowhere, when what actually happened was that the city was attacked or a thief showed up, and I just wasn't present. That could be what happened for you.

Yea, I am, I could list them all if you wanted but the only ones I have that relate to kids are the multiple adoptions mod, the unadoption mod, and tk children, if another one of my mods is causing it, I dont know what it could be.

Well I killed her parents, but that was in a different save, I have deleted those saves, but otherwise Im 100% sure that they're still alive

Download and run it. LOOT is a software that arranges your load order (very important) and informs you of any missing master files (also very important)

Hmm, thats odd. The quest that packs them off to the orphanage can't be reset easily...

If you installed Sofia follower. This is a glitch from that mod. The mod author has not fix nor will fix this issue.

It's insane that you managed to find the solution to this 4 years after I asked it. It's definitely the right answer too since I've had that mod for ages. Thanks.
