Which segues nicely into: if you're looking for a console cheat, add the Alchemy perks with the console.
Try not to break your game. : )
This is my third play through and I kind of wanted to not spend so much time learning all the effects from the ingredients. I am really being lazy, I know. This is why I was looking for a cheat.

I have an app on my tablet that works wonders and I use it create potions all the time. The link you provided is very helpful but the app is better because I can choose the ingredient and it will tell me the effects and I choose the effect and it will tell me which ingredient to mix it with to make a potion.
