Gourmet Mission Bug. (HAS BEEN FIXED)

(IF THIS HAPPENS TO YOU SIMPLY DO NOT FAST TRAVEL TO UNDERSTONE KEEP, I WALKED THERE FROM THE DARK BROTHERHOOD SANCTUARY IN FALKREATH AND IT WAS FIXED.) So I have a problem again, when trying to complete the Gourmet mission for the Dark Brotherhood, after getting the information from Anton, he does not die when I try to kill him. He doesn't even do the full animation that invincible npc's do, he does like half that animation then stands right back up like nothing happened. Please help.

By any chance deadly dragons or so in which you can set people (quest givers) essential?
