Steadfast Dwarven sphere only level 16 when im level 55?

I was thinking about replacing my armored frost troll with a steadfast dwarven sphere. But when i used console commands to compare the stats to both of them. The sphere was level 16?. It's supposed to go up to level 30. I even tried to wabbajack it to see if that would change it. But it didnt work he is still level 16.

Save before you do this.

Instead of all that nonsense, just click on your armored troll with console and type in

setrace dwarvensphererace

See if that works. Stats should remain the same but cosmetically he'll look like a dwarven sphere.

If something goes wrong, just reload but it should be fine.

If im not misinterpreting are u suggesting that i'll just make my frost troll look like a sphere? If its only apperance i prefer the frost trolls look. But i wanted the sphere due to its stats

Personally I've never actually use that thing but where did you get the info that it's level goes up to level 30?

It says level 16-30 so it should be level 30 since im level 55
