Try to move her to another house. her original house or any other house except where she is living now and Falkreath'

Sometimes they just don't do as they are told. her problem which may not be fully fixed by the patches is her ability to move into 2 different stores if the owners should die.

like all spouses though she may disappear or refuse to move or all kinds of buggy things.

If in falkreath you mean lakeside manor its might actually be the home, Im not actually sure this is right or not but with thomes you build your self the game ( and Ive heard ) doesnt think of the home as a vanilla home, therefore you might need to use a spouse mod call spouses can live everywhere,

http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/11370/?

once there the mod has a power spell called "mark new home" casting that it should help your spose to see falkreat / lakeside manor as her home

I think you are all going about this all wrong. If she doesn't want to go to the house, you can't force her. You need to talk to her, and maybe hire a Skyrim marriage counselor if just talking to her isn't getting you anywhere.

You definitely don't want to have a Skyrim divorce because then you will need to divide all assets and debts created during the marriage and you will probably need some Skyrim lawyers, so I strongly suggest starting with the Skyrim marriage counselor before you just give up.

A custody battle over your Skyrim children would be really tragic.

Skyrim marriage counseling is always an option! Don't feel like your Skyrim marriage is hopeless and that Skyrim divorce is your only option. If you feel like you need to leave your Skyrim spouse and you haven't tried Skyrim marriage counseling, you should really reconsider your Skyrim priorities.

Maybe your Skyrim wife wants to live in Whiterun. Maybe she has Skyrim friends or family in Whiterun that she doesn't want to leave behind. Have you considered how she might feel about being relocated to Falkreath? If she doesn't want to talk about relocating, you should try talking to her about these issues.

This page on the wiki has some console commands that you could use to relocate her to your cell, but I don't know what other spouse-related features might not be enabled by doing this: http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Console_Commands_%28Skyrim%29/Characters
