Nothing will do it all for you.
But there is a website with step by step instructions: http://www.skyrim-beautification-project.com
Semi-doing it for you by telling you exactly what you need to do.

There is no exe in enb's they simple files what you get with specific enb pack.
All you need to do is extract files to steam/steamapps/common/skyrim folder.

What's so hard about installing an enb?
Basically, download the latest enb archive, then open it in Winrar, choose Wrapper, then only drag the dx9.dll file into the Skyrim folder (the one Data is found in, not Data itself).
After that, download whatever preset you want and do the same, but extract all the files into the folder.

hmm.. totally confused, i unpack the zip file and yet i Find no enbhost.exe
Im taking instructions from : http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/30936/?

it states: 1. Download ENBSeries v0.262 (enbseries_skyrim_v0262.zip) from enbdev.com and extract it somewhere.

2. Copy d3d9.dll AND enbhost.exe from the wrapper folder to Steam/steamapps/common/Skyrim

I downloaded 0.262 to check, opened the WrapperVersion folder and both the dll and exe file mentioned in the instructions are in there.

Did you download the correct file?

If you're looking for enbhost.exe in the archive you download from Nexus, you're misreading the installation instructions.

There are a lot of steps in installing an ENB ... but if you google and watch a vid for installing the ENB you want it should take you through each step carefully! I'm now using Mod manager and this Vid helped me set it up correctly for Mod organizer
http://youtu.be/7B_YBRkdsjw

I know Gopher did one for installing Realvision to NMM although that vid is a bit dated so some information may have changed since
Hope it helps

Use wrapper version, that exe is injector what must be launched separetly every time, just check nexus for enb list of availlable ones and download one you like, also check what that specific version enb modification requires to work properly.

Now download that specific enb from enbdev.com then open it and double click warpper, then all you need to do is just copy/move d3d9.dll only to steamapps/common/skyrim (main folder not data).
