I play as a stealthy archer and while I don't have a guide, I have a few tips that work for me:

1. Lords Stone because I'm vulnerable to magic/elemental damage.
2. 2 points in health for 1 point in magicka and endurance.
3. Deadly Aim plus archery perks obviously.
4. Crossbows are very powerfull early game although I use bows.
5. I like the slow enchantment on my bow because paralyze makes them fall down which makes them harder to hit.
6. Skyrim.ini
[Combat]
f1PArrowTiltUpAngle=0.7
f3PArrowTiltUpAngle=0.7
f1PBoltTiltUpAngle=0.7
f3PBoltTiltUpAngle=0.7
bForceNPCsUseAmmo=1

[Actor]
fVisibleNavmeshMoveDist=12288.0000 ;allows arrows to hit objects as far as they fly.

7. In the Weapon and Armor Fixes remade mod, choose Faster Arrows.

yeah been getting alot of feedback that magic resistance is important so i'm picking breton and btw that stat distribution looks quite good and balanced especially since i might get magic also on same character

btw which skill stone like theif,warrior,magic,etc should i be using as a new character?

An archer is easy enough you don't need a guide on it. Just focus on your sneak and archery as your main skills. Concentrate your perks in those two. Pick either the Thief or the Warrior stone at the beginning. Secondary skills are light armor, and some sort of melee weapon for when the enemy gets in range. Everything else is optional.
Unless you are playing on Legendary difficulty, I wouldn't use the Guardian Stones at the beginning. They make you gain levels too fast and the game becomes easy and boring once that happens.

I think it is best to wait until later on to use them. I like to wait until level 50 when I am already godlike before using exp bonus stones.

I do use the Warrior Stone combined with the Lover Stone on the Aetherial Crown when leveling my Smithing skill though, so I can make money and increase my defense. I don't increase my weapon damage.

I suggest using the Lord's Stone in the beginning. The magic resistance is very helpful especially when combined the Agent of Mara bonus or Breton magic resist.

Even without the exp bonuses the leveling is very fast.

When you get to a high level, combining a Guardian Stone with the Lovers Stone stored on the Aetherial Crown and sleeping bonus allows you to level extremely fast.

The first time I played I made a ton of mistakes on my build, We won't talk about that.

My second build I went for a mystic bow using stealth breton. As I leveled I put 2 magicka, 2 health, and 1 stamina every 5 levels. It gives a well balanced build. I could have put 1 into magicka and the other into stamina. either way would have been fine.

Join the Dark brotherhood ASAP for the sneak gear and archery bonuses. Stick with the thief stone until you are maxed out or training another skill. the lord stone is good but as a breton I could use my racial power to absorb spells and I acquired the Magic Resist perks as the became available to me.

Also use a mystic sword, invisibility spell, pretty much all sneak and archery perks except for the last one that paralyses and makes the enemy fall before you actually strike them. if you want put a small paralyse poison on the bound bow bfore shooting.

light armor and if you plan on wearing a match set get the perk for it.

Learn what you should or wanted to have done and either reload a save before the perk selection or just make them legendary and start over the skills.

have fun.
Yeah, I usually get the Shrouded armor and Blackguards armor asap. I wish the Ancient Shrouded Armor was more easily obtainable though like the Blackguard's armor is.

As wtfkiity said about leveling too quick. I did start using my off stone. playing as a mage i chose thief stone or as a thief I took the mages stone. Warrior I could choose either one.
When I played as a non breton I usually do go for the lord stone but when a breton I just stick with the off stone.
Edit: now adays i don't even bother with stones

so i should use thief stone rite?

and btw smile n fire i gunna be using a physical bow so not sure that 2hp/2mag/1stam build will work for me.

also is alchemy also a key skill to lvl up for the poison add-on to wep?

so then you may not need magicka much at all but will need stamina for the slow and zoom perks. load up

My 2 cents is to forego the guardian stones in favor of the Lord stone. Someone else mentioned going Breton, which gives you a 25% resistance to all 3 elements of destruction, and the Lord stone gives you another 25, plus 50 extra resistance to physical damage. It's like wearing an extra suit of armor, early on, and you're already 50% magic protected then. A little running around, for the Mara quest in Riften, and you'll have another 15% to add to that.

The guardian stones don't really make you stronger. They increase how quickly your skills rise by doing things, which as someone else mentioned, can have its drawbacks.

Sneak everywhere you go, unless you're in town or combat. It will build your skill quicker, and collect all the paralysis ingredients you can, for poisoning your bow.

I really like the first commenter's system, but unless you're planning to use magic, I'd divert an extra point to stamina, because zooming in your bow uses stamina very quickly. More stamina = the longer you can hold aim and fine tune your shot.
Too much advice in my opinion. The goal is to play the game, not to worry the fun away that you don't have the right build.
Here is what works well for me:
1. Use the Thief Stone --- improves Sneak, Archery, Alchemy, Light Armor, etc 20% faster
2. Start by going to Bleak Falls Barrow. Use two daggers and creep through, defeating the many Draugur while they sleep, until your Sneak reaches 40
3. Put your early perks into Archery (2 into Overdraw) and 4 more into Sneak --- the initial, Muffle, Dagger boosting and Deadly Aim. The latter gives you triple sneak damage. Ensure at least one perk ends in Light Armor to improve your last ditch defense
4. Join the Dark Brotherhood for their gear. The initial Cowl boosts your damage output by 20%, plus Poison Resistance 50%, more Muffle (so you are totally silent) are huge assets. And it is fairly nice light armor (with upgraded DB armor much later in the questline for MORE damage goodness and Poison Immunity)
5. When you defeat the first dragon, have Lydia follow you until you reach Ivarstead (there is an ambush that is a very hard fight for an Archer)
6. As you continue through the game, put perks into Archery and a few into Stealth until you reach Silence. Archery should be the #1 focus, and Stealth #3 from here on.
6a. I find the first Steady Hand perk to be useful. Hunters Discipline is a huge asset when you start using more expensive arrows, and Ranger is a lifesaver (you can run away from enemies while filling them with arrows). Of course, there is a Stagger perk and an "Improve Draw Speed" perk as well
7. Alchemy should be your #2 focus after the initial few, because the health potions, Fortify Marksman and other potions and poisons are a gigantic asset and more than fill the "hole" left by having very low physical defense. Occasionally toss a perk over to Light Armor, and train with Nazir in the DB (he is a Master level trainer) to reach Level 50.
8. A great easy to make Poison is Canis Root, Imp Stool and Mora Tampinella --- Paralysis and Lingering Damage Health. Your prey will drop to the ground and be taking damage for 10 seconds. Fortify Marksman, use Canis Root and Juniper Berries. The latter improves bow damage for 1 minute.
9. When you find it, buy Alchemy boosting gear. There is a Ring in the DB questline as an Optional goal that also boosts Alchemy.
10. If you have Hearthfire (or are using Skyrim Enhanced) buy the Falkreath Manor, where you can make a garden AND a Greenhouse for a ton of Alchemy raw materials.
