Serena~Dawnguard
i just finished killing her "father" and ive using "e" to toggle her so we could start a conversation , and i asked her if she ever was considering to cure herself ..... then she says "u brought that up before" and im just getting options that wont let me convince her to get her to be cured/a human beeing.....
heres the options i get by the way :
-sorry il drop it
-i shouldnt have brought it up again
-this matters to me

ive tried all of theese options by "loading the save right after i killed her father but none of them makes her consider sh*t.....ahhhh
ive screwed this up somehow i need help...:I
btw i tried to paste this command in the console :
"startquest dlc1seranacureselfquest" but it didnt work either.....

I have the same bug then, I don't know why it's important. She goes everywhere I go and there seems to no problem with anyone (npcs) or anything else.

I'm pretty sure it is actually not a glitch. I think you have to either A. avoid asking her about the cure in the previous conversation (one that happened a while back, I don't remember exactly where or when) or you have to ask her questions in a very specific manner upon killing her father. I too would like to know a way around this.

I'm sure it goes way back to when you first meet her. I ask if she's alright now and don't mention the cure until after daddy's dead - that works out fine but I had the same issue as the OP the first time I met and asked Serana about always being a vamp etc..

1-You can reverse the effects of your choices in conversation by typing the following into the console: SetPapyrusQuestVar DLC1NPCMentalModel ToldPlayerSheDidntWantCure_var False. You will now be able to convince her to get cured.

2-If she still refuses to talk about being cured, type the following into the console: SetPapyrusQuestVar DLC1NPCMentalModel CutOffCureDiscussion_var False.

3-You can force the quest to start by typing the following into the console: setstage DLC1SeranaCureSelfQuest 10.

if you use the three steps above and still no suceess than it may not happen. possibly getting the unofficial patches and using the steps might.

just setting the quest stage won't work without the variable changes

Vampirism cure

Once the Dawnguard questline is complete, she can be asked about curing her Vampirism. Should she agree, she leaves to see Falion for a cure. She will return to Fort Dawnguard after a few days, cured, however will still exhibit certain traits of her previous vampirism:

She still speaks the same dialogue, such as complaining about the sun.
She stills wear her hood when outdoors.
She still uses the Vampiric Drain spell.
Sanguinare Vampiris can be contracted from her through combat.

The option to get her cured can be permanently lost by choosing the wrong dialogue options. If this occurs, every time she is asked about getting cured she replies "I'm not talking about this with you anymore."

It is not hard I have done it have her as vife.

You have asked her to early. Then you have to try Smile:s suggestion.

I thought it would have been fixed in the unofficial patch but it wasn't. maybe people like it that way or they weren't able to. either way, not my suggestion, UESP is my saviour on many occasions

I dont think it is one bug. Since she have the line for it, and she respond.

Yes UESP is one nice friend. And the other site to :)
