Black book - Untold legends, which extra skill to choose?
At the end of the quest you get to choose between these:

◾Black Market: Summons a Dremora merchant to trade with you.
◾Secret Servant: Summons a Dremora butler to carry your excess items.
◾Bardic Knowledge: Summons a spectral drum that plays for you, increasing Stamina Regeneration for you and nearby allies.

I dont really need a secret servant to carry stuff, so i am trying to decide between getting the black market or bardic knowledge. For people whom has finished this quest before, which skill do you find the most useful between these two (a black market is golden to have access to, but i reckon that the bardic knowledge can be very useful later on in the game)?

Well the black market summon, is a vendor with daedric equipment. Get it if you want to be the bearer of death and destruction upon your enemies, This kind of "power" isn't necessary if you have speech 100 and also have weapons and equipment that excceed the items in terms of skills and such in the vendor.

With Bardic Knowledge, It's just acting like a "support" companion rather than something useful. This one isn't really needed if you have a ton of stamina, it is needed however, if you don't have a lot of stamina and you deplete your stamina like crazy, also if your allies are well equip then this "power" isn't very useful either.

I would, in my opinion, recommend getting the secret servant, just because if you treasure hunt the dungeons, basically picking up everything that isn't "nailed down" you don't want to be over encumbered and so far into the dungeon.

Well the black market summon, is just your typical vendor.

Not so "typical" - most of what he stocks is daedric equipment, both enchanted and unenchanted. 2000 gold refreshing on a fairly regular basis.

Bear in mind that Black Book bonuses aren't "set in stone". There's nothing stopping you from re-reading the book later and choosing a different perk.

This should especially be kept in mind when reading The Sallow Regent - one of its bonuses improves smithing, another alchemy, and the remainder enchanting. When crafting, you'll want to switch between these often.

Ah thanks for the save Bomb Bloke. It's been a while since i used that particular power. but yeah as Bomb Bloke mention these powers are set in stone you can go back to them if you feel unsatisfied or bored with them
