Bleak Falls Barrow Trap Door
When you break through the web covering the door a spider drops down onto a trapdoor, is there a lever to pull somewhere or did bethesda get too lazy to add it on?

no need to go there, cut the guy down in the WEB, then kill him, loot him get claw and journal, then go deeper into the barrow.

...pure decoration... tcl-ed down there a while ago... no loot, not npc, no exit...
