Where's Karliah after all Thieves guild missions are complete? /spoilers/

When I started the "Under New Management" quest she was in the Ragged Flagon Cistern with the rest of the thieves, after the mission was done and I received my guild master armor and left the place she was gone.

Yes, I did google it up, and checked the suggested locations for her which are the following:
- Twilight Sepulcher
- Ragged Flagon and Cistern
- Snow Veil Sanctum +the area where she shot me
- Nightingale Hall
- and last but not least Frozen Hearth Inn +cellar

Any idea?

Cheat a little.
Open console>Type player.moveto 00058F1A
You should be teleported to her.

She returns slowly (3-5 game days) to the Nightingale Hall, and can be found wandering around there. She usually frequents the front of the Hall, but can be found just about anywhere inside.

Occasionally she will also go outside during daylight hours to take in some sun and wander nearby, though this is fairly rare.
