Arkngthamz CTD

Hoping someone can help me. I'm unable to enter Arkngthamz without immediate crashes. I know it's not any of the mods that I have because I can start a new save and enter it just fine on the new save with all the same mods active as my main save. I have checked the integrity of my game cache, recleaned all of my files with Tes5Edit, used Save Tool to remove deactivated scripts from mods I no longer use, and I have even tried reducing my save game bloat via: http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showpost.php?p=32127577&postcount=25. Nothing seems to work correctly and I still get crashes only on my main save. Anyone have any other ideas?

Wait, what? You cleaned ALL of your files with TES5Edit? Umm, I think you need IIja and Nazenn here.

@ grimus - Yeah, I've followed a lot of those tutorials when I first started modding my game awhile back. I'll switch over to LOOT now as that might help with other things.

@ Dexter - Well like I said I've only cleaned the files that BOSS recommended. Anything that BOSS or the mod author said to not clean I left alone. Also when it came to cleaning I followed what Gopher said which is a mod author and youtuber. He's the one that created the IHUD and Pumping Iron mods. Also that's the one thing I was hoping to avoid was uninstalling Dawnguard. I didn't want to wipe my progress (I've already beaten it but I don't want to have to redo it or deal with those annoying vampire attacks). And like I said no other Dawnguard area is affected except Arkngthamz.

I just went through and tried all of those commands individually and then all together one at a time. No matter what I crash instantly upon trying to enter Arkngthamz. I think I'm just gonna have to give myself the quest rewards and set the quest as complete by setting the stages. Which sucks, but I can't even enter the place.

I had this problem - the cause for me was the Hunterborn mod. The "Monster Hunter" option will crash if a dungeon contains a dead charus hunter (Arkngthamz does from the beginning). Disable Monster Hunter before going in and re-enable it after you leave.
