Most of the people who Mod their games with LL mods and female cosmetic mods usually do so because they lack certain social skills and experiences in their own lives. So to make up for those things they lack in their own personal lives, they indulge in their own little Skyrim world with hyper sexual Female overhauls and sex mods.

It's the same thing with the old school and hardcore Roleplayers. Skyrim lacks that roleplay and experience that past games had so what do those gamers do? They download mods like Requiem and ASIS for a big roleplay overhaul and experience.

How could you possibly know this?

I think she discovered it in her kitty litter box.

Does it matter? They're not hurting anyone. People should feel free to mod their game however they like as far as I'm concerned. I may not like the same things they do, but there's no need to try and shame them for liking what they like.
Yeah, I didn't want to shame anyone as it is their business, its just that I find it really weird

Why is the Skyrim community so creepy?
Because a lot of Skyrim users are heterosexual males with normal testosterone levels? Just curious, what made YOU go looking for all these so called 'creepy' mods?
So I could prove a valid point to those who said that the Skyrim community isn't weird/creepy.

& its not about testosterone levels, its about how its strange to the stuff they get into (I'm not hating, just saying its weird...).

Just noticed, this is almost what Dr. said

lone men sexing up their virtual worlds = creepy
There's always been a significant portion of video gamers that fall into that 'creepy' category. This is across all games in all genres. It isn't a problem specific to Skyrim or Elder Scrolls. Look at all the stuff that gets made for Sims mods. Google Street Fighter fan art. Even worse, Google Skullgirls fan art. TES doesn't have a monopoly on perversion.

There is nothing perverse about boobs. You guys can handle that problem.

Real ones? No. One-handed gaming? Yes. But, as I said before, that isn't something specific to Skyrim, but rather one specific to video gaming being a favored hobby of a large number of very lonely young males.

I won't touch the pure sex games on the web but I do appreciate some sex appeal added in Skyrim. I think it's a good thing.

If I was just sex obsessed I'd play a pure sex game on the web but I'm not interested in that. You guys don't see a bonus additon as a good thing for some reason.

The fact that you see this sort of thing as a boon is telling.

I went to college and studied in both sociology and psychology. Also, I've seen people admit to that kind of behavior I have described on LL. Guys on LL who sexualize their Skyrim and share their sexed out female characters are just like the guys on social media who brag about their money, cars and jobs. Attention seeking validation of that kind is typical of those on the internet who are devoid of certain things in their own lives.

In the case of guys on social media who have to brag about their cars, money and whatever they usually end up being morally bankrupt guys with extreme insecurities in their personal lives. Therefore, they feed on the attention from others to feel better about themselves.

This is just my best guess but based on what I've seen and heard, Modders who sex out their Skyrim's while role playing hyper sexualized and custom characters it's mainly because they are perverts and/or have many social and sexual shortcomings in their personal lives so they immerse themselves within Skyrim to satisfy their fantasies and shortcomings. After all, it's Illegal to rape people, sodomize animals and exploit minors in most parts of the world and Skyrim Mods on LL is the perfect haven for people to explore those things.

I don't have any problem with how people mod their games. My only concern is that I hope it doesn't further devolve these people into taking their rape mods, child mods and zoo mods and making them reality.

I'm sure such mods are floating around somewhere in the seedier parts of the internet. But, I will say again that while I agree with your summation I also do not see the problem as specific to Skyrim. I have no love of Skyrim or its community, but it is no more or less 'creepy' than any other random gaming community.

I don't think anyone in their right mind would disagree with that last sentence Juu Cat.
