Mount Anthor barred door

While doing some odd exploring atop Mount Anthor, I found the dwarven monument with the ice wraiths. But I decided to do some further exploring while enjoying the view, and lo and behold, around the other side of the mountain, I ran into what looks like a piece of a ruined building with a lookout post leading to a wooden door. The door is "barred from the other side". I have been unable to find anywhere that might lead to the interior. Is this a true Easter egg ruin, or is it just a tease? Is there actually some way to get into this ruin?

there should be from somewhere its an exit of course so theres got to be an entrance but that dont mean its anywhere near where you are it could be miles away specially if its a dwarven ruin.

Nightgate Inn, Iron Stone(I think)Barrow just near there and its exit is the door you found above Wayward pass. (you cross under the pass to get to the exit door)
