Bandolier - Bags and Pouches bug?

Before you say anything about load order or if it is even istalled... It is and I've ran LOOT twice. Are there any known conflicts with other mods that is not stated in the mod description such as Frostfall, Immersive Armors, Weapons, Knapsack backpacks or iNeed or just something that might make it to where I cannot make any of the pieces?

Oh, and for some odd reason I can't put on some hoods. There is no noise as I click on them in the menu. It's as if they aren't registering.

You do know you make the bandoliers at the tanning rack, not the forge. Just making sure.

They are not the same thing. Load order is the order that your Elder Scroll Plugins (ESP) and Master files (ESM) are loaded.

You can get it as automated process from:
- LOOT: Report. Just copy, paste and delete extra spaces, to make it easier to read.
- NMM: Plugins left hand panel, where there are 2 white paper icons to import\export your load order as TXT-file
- MO: From profiles as ready TXT-files.

At least your plugin count is not too high. I counted 246 mods.

That cannot POSSIBLY be your load order if you have run LOOT as you said you have, as they are arranged alphabetically which is something that LOOT does not do, also you have esps listed before esms which is impossible unless they are esmified which some of those most certainly are not

You need the program Wrye Bash to make a bashed patch. You have to make a new patch every time you add or remove a plugin from your load order.

Okay, now I'm just confused, I reinstalled the mod for what seems to the fifth time now... and it's working now. Strange. It downloaded a new .esp file and now it works...
