2) You're going to have a hard time completing all the sidequests. There are a ton of them, and you answered your own question. They are "side" quests, not needed at all...
3) Dawnguard and Dragonborn, you can star Dawnguard at lvl 1 i think, and later some cultists attack you and you can start Dragonborn. They are separate from the game. Do them or don't, you can finish them after the main quest too.
4) I read somewhere that ideally you should be around lvl 20 or more to start the DLCs and play without problems.
5) Yes, you have to become a werewolf. You can cure yourself after, so it's no big deal, and really, there is no downside to being a werewolf, so there's no reason not to become one.
6) You get a skill once a day (or multiple times if you have the Ring of Hircine), there is a cure, you can become a werewolf again (speak to Aella), and other than the fact that you can't pick up anything, open your inventory or use levers and pull chains as a werewolf, there are no downsides. Or you can install some mods for werewolves and correct that problem so you can pick up loot. Also, you can run faster than a horse in werevolf form so it's handy for exploring. It doesn't last long though if you don't feed, and once you turn, you need to stay clear of towns and wait to turn back because you can't automatically turn back. There's a timer and each corpse you feed on adds time to wolf form.
As for quest order; don't worry in the least. You can do anything in any order.
Q2) The Main Storyline is completely optional once you/ve fought your first dragon on. Do it when ever or if you choose.
Q3) DLC are added content, but have no bearing on Main Storyline.
Q4) Hearthfire and Dawnguard can be started at any point in the game. Hearthfire can be started almost right off the bat. Dawnguard officially starts at level 10. It's recommended that you don't start Dragonborn until level 30 as the enemies are difficult in the extreme at lower levels. You can't start Dragonborn until you've visited High Hrothgar in Main Storyline.
Q5) You DO have to be a werewolf for the Companion's quests to continue. No werewolf, no continued missions for that faction.
Q6) Refer to answer in Q5. However Dawnguard allows you to be a Vampire Lord if you so choose. You cannot be a werewold AND a Vampire Lord at the same time. At least not without mods allowing it. So choose one or the other. Werewolves are fantastic for Warrior type class. Vampire Lord is of great benefit to Mages and Sneaky type classes.
Hope this helps.
2 ) Entirely up to you. I prefer to be some kind of badass warrior or Arch-Mage before I save the world, but the Main Quest is rather easy for a high-level character. You can do either first, or both. Whatever you want.
3) Dawnguard is a whole new campaign about a group of vampire hunters and a powerful clan of vampires. You need to be Level 10 to start it.
Dragonborn is a new campaign about the Dragons and Dragonborn, and adds the area of Solstheim to the game. You don't need to complete the Main Quest to start it, but I think it makes more sense to fight Alduin first. The villain of the quest is a poweful Dragonborn like you.
4) You start Dawnguard whenever you like after Level 10. Dragonborn starts when you fight a group of cultists, but doesn't start properly until you travel to Solstheim. You can return to Skyrim at any time.
5) You have to become a Werewolf to continue the Companions questline. You can cure yourself later.
6) You can become a werewolf using a once-a-day skill, and control yourself as a wolf. If guards or civilains see you as a wolf then the guards will attack you. You can cure yourself after the final Companion quest, and will never be able to become a werewolf again. You also lose the ability if you become a Vampire Lord. In this case Aela can make you a werewolf again.
