Bleak falls barrow glitched?!

So when i do one of the first quests you get where you get the golden claw and stuff everytime i get to the wall with the inscriptions it doesnt give me the shout and i cant continue with the game. Ive spent a long time trying to figure out wtf is wrong with it but i cant figure it out.

How long are you standing by the wall? Sometimes it takes a while for the shout to register (it should not be more than a minute though). If you still can't get the shout use console commands to give it to yourself.

Console commands should always be a last resort. If you give yourself the shout by a console command the dungeon "boss" may not appear and the main quest cannot continue without more console commands etc. etc.

Do you have any mods installed and if so what are they?

off of the work shop i have the falling space core and portal potato launcher gun i think

I haven't used either of those mods but don't really see how they could impact with this problem. Unless somebody comes up with anything you may actually have to resort to the console.

If you are going to use the console for the shout you will probably have to advance the main quest via the console. This page should help: http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Bleak_Falls_Barrow_%28quest%29

I would try everything else first though, including verifying you local files etc.

Ok so i used the console to get the shout, the tablet thing, and complete both the golden claw and bleak falls barrow quests and Farengar wont take the tablet. now what?

I am guessing you have advanced the quest using "setstage MQ103 180", if that is the case, make a new save and then advance the quest using "setstage MQ103 190". Hopefully you will then get a quest completed announcement and Irileth will soon appear in a bit of a tiz.

You will also have to remove the tablet via the console as it will still be in your inventory.

Follow the instructions said to you (in game dialog) or press M for map and read your jornual, activate main quest and dot points will show what you have done and not done.
If you have to ask then you are too young to play or lazy to follow simple requests, all the quests and miscellaneous quests are based on this basic setup.
