There was a quest in Morrowind. Sheogorath, Daedric Prince of Madness wants you to kill a Bull Netch using the Fork of Horripilation

There is also a Fork of Horripilation in Oblivion. I don't remember if it is linked to a specific quest or not.

It's a nod to both morrowind and oblivion. In oblivion the fork of horripilation needed to be returned to a certain NPC I believe. Been a while. It was in the Shivering Isles expansion.

Ah Sheogorath the daedric prince of madness and by far the most fun, I might go play Oblivion just for the Shivering isle.

Well I am pretty sure this is a modification that was thrown in with immersive weapons but the Fork of horripulation is a weapon that has carried down from both oblivion and morrowind. It is a kind of "Hell ya! gonna go stab some ♥♥♥♥ with a fork!" weapon and is only meant for fun.
