Help on how to start Falskaar mod?

What do i do, where do i go etc.

To start Falskaar, go to Riften and speak with Jalamar. He will either be outside around the market, inside the northern gate, or inside the Bee and Barb. You can also just go straight into Echo Deep Mine, a new dungeon just northeast of Riften.

Also when you get to Falskaar. Save frequently as Falskaar is huge and also may contain some bugs or glitches along the way (hopefully that won't happen with you).

Help, i cant back to falskaar, i was there, back to skyrim by boat and then when i go to dock, for back to falskaar there is no captain / sailor on boat and note at the gate " i should probably just leave it " hod the hell should i back there ?
