You should need one mod for that, dont know if there are one mod for it.
But it sounds like one good idea.
There are one mod called Helgen Reborn if you want to live there.

There's a fort for sale in the Wyrmstooth mod, after you complete the main quest.

You can always get the creation kit, go into the fort cells, and get rid of all the mobs/spawns. that's the 'hard-but-permanent" way. Be sure to replace all the containers with non-respawning ones as well, or you'll be in for a nasty surprise when your loot goes *poof*. Otherwise, you could build your own fort from scratch, I'm working on my second custom player base myself; an estate protected by fort wals in its own world instance (connected to the Riften area via a cave tunnel).

you could alway get the mod for the chateau which is an awsome castle that even comes with servants a horse and a companion. have not figured out if I can live there as in adopt kids and move them there. its placement in the area is not very good I think its to close to white run and also sits almost right on top of 2 other areas if you have the mods for them family farm and homew sweet home. but other than that it is very nice. I got it off the work shop but that was right before all the who rah about paid and free mods started and I have not been back there since so not sure if its still offered there or not.

Making a home Hearthfire adoption-compatible is tricky, from what i can tell, as is setting up a way to put a modded home on the NPC marriage home dialogue list; most housing mods aren't family-compatible for that reason. I cheat a bit by packaging marriagable NPCs into my mods so 'living with you would be perfect' at least allows you to share the home with a spouse (but not children who identify as yours).
