Dont see why there would even need to be a perk point console command. You can directly add the perks you want with "player.addperk xxxxx" the X being the perk's ID.

Actually I just were using some perk mods, and I am just advancing the skill repeatedly by setting it to 100 and back to its original number.

What perk mod is it?

If it's Perkus Maximus, type help "perk name" and it'll give you the ID for it.

Edit: you be able to do that with any perk mod, really.

Another console command you can do is "player.advskil xxxx xxxx" first "xxxx" is where you put the skill you want to level up and the second set is where you put the exp amount (not the level). e.g "player.advskill onehanded 1000000000". Basically you put the skill tree name down (except for archery for some reason. For that one you put down marksman). Hope this helps.

if you download the SkyTweak mod, you can add perk points, and so much more!
