Is there a single feature in Deadly Dragons mod that actually works?
Safe Zones: Definately not working. I'm fighting 3 dragons in Whiterun right now.
Assault: Doesn't matter whether I set it to 1, 2, or 3. I still get assaulted by AT LEAST 3 dragons if not 7 or 12.
Weather effect: Haven't noticed a single change in weather after checking this.
Special: Again, no notable difference.
Dragons launching me around: I got launched inside a city that wasn't even loaded and am now running beneath the ground stuck in a deep hole.

I don't have ASIS but after looking it up it sounds pretty cool. I wasn't aware Ultimate Dragons was compatible with Deadly Dragons. I was gonna uninstall deadly dragons and try out Dragon Combat Overhaul. Also Deadly Dragons is spawning 4+ dragons nearly every time I fast travel or load a new cell inside a city.

Don't bother with DCO, it's more trouble than it's worth and the mod author has a severe case of ( my idea of difficulty is the only REAL concept that matters ) as for the features on deadly dragons that work, assault works, but the problem is that it will spawn dragons literally any time that timer hits 0....That means you can be midway through a quest and have three different high lvl dragons jump you, then have one of them get to low hp and run away, only to return with weather effects and four more dragons because of a shout that summons more dragons. The weather effects as far as I can tell are the shouts that cause things like alduin's meteor shower. Honestly I turn assault off, as well as the weather effects. They are quite overpowered anyways if you are using combat overhauls, as they cause ragdoll, ice form, ridiculous amounts of stagger, DOT effects that stack.....it's just not worth it.
I tried turning assault off. Still being assaulted. I am currently playing with assault turned off in fact. I can see that DCO is trouble. I downloaded it to NMM and it isn't even there to install. Just says it completed downloading but doesn't allow me to install cuz it's not there. Divine intervention I suppose.

DCO is an incredibly well made mod from a technical standpoint and has some great coding and data work done in it.
Is it hard? Yes, but it is designed to be a difficulty enhancing mod, not just a general dragon enhancing mod, so you really can't fault the mod author for that when people don't take time to realise what the goal of the mod is.

As far as Deadly Dragons, Ive been seeing a lot of reports about bugs with it lately which is bizzare as its known to be one of the most stable mods around.
Would you mind posting your full load order? I'll compare it against the load order of the last person who had this bug and see if there is any potential conflicts.

I personally run both DCO and DD in my game together and I can turn off the DD assults fine, the special dragons spawn fine, and the weather effects work fine in my incredibly heavy load order. (I cant speak for safe zones as DCO bypasses that)
