Serana (sometimes naked) suddenly leaving dungeons during quests

What's up with this? I have the unofficial patches and use AFT. I've read it has to do with followers, but she doesn't say anything to me about it. Setting followers to 0 doesn't seem to do anything. Summoning her with aft works just fine, but then she just starts walking back to the entrance. She starts behaving normally if I setstage for the quest manually.

Problem is she will keep trying to leave when a story scene is happening and when no one is talking to her. I will end up having to force setstage on all her quests until the dg storyline is done at this rate.
